Product Description

Few gunmakers can claim to manufacture such a diverse range of guns and rifles as Westley Richards. Founded in 1812, the company has been instrumental in the world of gunmaking for over 200 years and can rightfully claim to have invented three quarters of the modern top lever hammerless side-by-side gun.

This one has two classic hammers and was made in Dec. 14, 1868 and shipped to America! See official company letter. Center Fire with hammer. It was purchased by the owner’s grandfather in Hyde Park, New York in the early 1940s, from .... FDR or someone in the Roosevelt family, maybe or maybe not, but it was a family story.

In 10ga this SxS is beautiful with ornate screws and engraving everywhere, please look at photos. If you have any questions please call or e-mail. Thanks for looking.
