Knives are on of the most ancient toold used by mankind. They've undergone many iterations, the materials have changed, and so has the maufacturing processes, but to this day they are still an essential tool for many people. For sale here is a fine knife mad of fine materials. This knife was made by Carl Schlieper, a German hardware manufacturer that was active from the late 1700s until 1993. The blade is roughly 6.5 inches long with some slight discoloration and corrosion on the blade. On the right side of the blade near the guard there is a stamp that reads "CARL SCHLIEPER SOLINGEN GERMANY". On the left side near the guard there is a stamp that appears to be an eye with rays of light coming off of it. It is likley made of carbon steel of some variety. The grip is made of red stag antlers and is about 4 inches in length. Overall length is about 10.5 inches long. Comes with a nylon sheath. Actual weight is 9oz.
