The "Colt 1908 Vest Pocket" pistol was one of the first pistols truly designed for conceal carry. The 1908 vest was chambered in 25ACP and came with a six round magazine. It was a popular handgun, selling over 400,000 pistols over a 40 year period. 

For sale here are some unique aftermarket grips for the Colt 1908 Vest Pocket Model (They are not colt brand). These grips are wood (not sure of the type) with a checkered pattern. What makes these truly unique is the silver coin depicting an eagle holding arrows and what appear to be olive laurels. They are in decent shape, with the exception of one of the panels which is chipped. Actual weight 8oz.
