The C-12 Altimeter was used across all aircraft of the US Army Air Corp and early Air Force. The C-12 displayed altitude using 3 pointers. The longest and first indicated 100's of feet, the second for 1000's of feet, and the third and smallest indicated 10,000's of feet. The knob is used to adjust for barometric pressure.
For sale here is one such C-12 Altimeter. It's in okay shape with some some scratches, scuffs, and discoloration throughout. The knob for adjust barometric pressure still works. Actual weight is 1lb 5oz.
