SOLD—- Stanley No.29 wood carpenters plane, marked by owner (presumably) with his initials B.T.  Alternatively, could be an inspectors mark.

 This tool is clearly marked :

 STANLEY RULER & LEVEL CO No.29

Above the Stanley mark is “B.T.” (the B.T. is upside down). B.T. is also stamped on the other end. By original owner?

This is truly a lovely piece that would be a great gift for anyone who is into woodworking or is a carpenter. A nice center piece on a shelf or table. The size and the patina of the wood, brass knobs and the steel make it really an exceptional visual. What a nice turn-of-the-century tool for someone. Please look at all photos.
