3" round tip up barrel, fluted cylinder, rosewood grip, s/n 5271, Matching too. And yes it is a Marlin! Cylinder lock up is a bit loose, but other wise it is a nice looking old pistol. No FFL pre 1898. Sold "as is" condition. Please look all photos. Thanks.
