This is an Ithaca side by side (S x S) made by Ithaca Gun Company of Ithaca New York. It is in great to good condition and would make an excellent starter option for trap and skeet shooting or small game. There is no model on this shotgun, but it is mark 12 ga on the receiver, hidden from sight. PLEASE no high-power loads or magnum loads, this is a vintage piece. It has a nice looking hunting dog engraved on either side of the receiver and the right barrel is marked "Smokeless Powder Steel" and on the left barrel "Made In USA". The butt plate the wood and metal are in good condition for its age with a few scattered scratches throughout the firearm. The break open action is smooth, and both triggers have a crisp break. Safety works
The receiver, fore stock and barrels serial numbers are all the same and in 373XXX the range, which I think is of 1924 vintage. Cool old gun!
