ON HOLD M1 Garand by Winchester, USED WWII, 30.06 cal., she is a tired old girl. has been rebuild. Has a lot of Winchester parts! Throat 5.5 muzzle 3.0, she is tried but I have shot it a fair amount. I like the serial # 2528777...Lucky? Sling is a used repro, but is a nice one and come with the rifle. Very dark walnut stock that is original to the gun, I believe. The color is matching (fore arm etc looks like it was not replaced) thru out. This M1 has a very nice old WWII look. On sale now from $1125.00 to $995.00

Most countries on both sides in WWII were still using bolt action rifles that were designs from the First World War when we had the M1! American GIs had 8 round of 30.06 down range as fast as you could pull the trigger! General Patton thought it was the best weapon ever designed for war.
