COLT Official Police 38 MADE IN 1950    SOLD 09/17/2020

Colt Official Police Revolver, .38 special - Blued, engraved completely with a floral pattern and a bridge with mountains. Pearl handle, eagle on one grip. May have been a Korean War GI's or Airman's side arm engraved, or was it possibly a Vietnam soldier‘s sidearm. It has an Asian local artisan style? Note the Bridge and mountains with tiny birds, makes me think Korea (The Bridges at Toko-Ri)...just educated guess (also made in 1950). Pistol works well and is tight, great example of a classic Colt! Please look at all photos. call or e-mail any questions! Thanks.
